🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after processing — $15.99
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing — $34.99
Canada
- Standard International: 2–3 business days after processing — $49.00
- Express International: 1–2 business days after processing — $69.00
- Duties and/or taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on Canadian customs regulations.
All shipments originate from Knoxville, Tennessee, and include tracking information once shipped. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, but we work hard to ship as quickly as possible.
🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

While we do our best to meet shipping timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience.
📬 Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
