Travel with confidence. If your AyrSupport has a material or manufacturing defect within one year, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement—one time, absolutely free. No fine print. No hassle.

✅ What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failure under normal use
  • Seam or valve issues unrelated to misuse
  • Structural issues with included pump (not caused by neglect or improper storage)

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Punctures, cuts, or tears from sharp objects
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper inflation
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes
  • Damage to or from third-party accessories
  • Loss or theft

🔧 How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Email us at support@ayrsupport.com
  2. Include:
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

We’ll review your claim and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

All warranty claims require return of the original unit — including the air pump and patch if applicable — unless otherwise specified by our support team.
