What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failure under normal use
  • Seam or valve issues unrelated to misuse

What's Not Covered

  • Punctures, cuts, or tears from sharp objects
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper inflation
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes
  • Damage to or from third-party accessories
  • Loss or theft

How to File a Warranty Claim

  2. 2 Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem

All warranty claims require return of the original unit — including the air pump and patch if applicable — unless otherwise specified by our support team.
