What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Material failure under normal use
- Seam or valve issues unrelated to misuse
What's Not Covered
- Punctures, cuts, or tears from sharp objects
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper inflation
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes
- Damage to or from third-party accessories
- Loss or theft
How to File a Warranty Claim

- 2 Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem
We'll review your claim and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
Reminder
All warranty claims require return of the original unit — including the air pump and patch if applicable — unless otherwise specified by our support team.
