30-Day Return Window

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your AyrSupport within 30 days of delivery. A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund upon inspection of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• It must include the original packaging, pump, and all accessories
• Proof of purchase is required

Defective or Damaged Items

If your AyrSupport arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Contact us at info@ayrsupport.com with a description and photos and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

 Non-Returnable Items

• Items received as part of a giveaway or promotion

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
