Nope. TPU has excellent heat resistance. We’ve tested it in a hot car during summer temperatures and it stayed flexible and intact with no warping, softening, or delamination.

Not yet. This first version is optimized for stand, carry, and midsize bags — the kinds most people travel with. We’re already developing a version to support larger cart and staff bags.

AyrSupport is designed to fit inside most standard-size airline-approved travel covers when used with a stand, carry, or midsize golf bag. Some setups are tighter than others. For example, the Club Glove Club Traveler (formerly the Collegiate Traveler) is a very snug fit. It can work, but often requires slightly deflating AyrSupport and removing the club heads to close the travel bag properly. If your golf bag already fills your travel cover wall to wall, you may need to make minor adjustments — but for most setups, it slides in cleanly and does exactly what it’s designed to do: protect your clubs.

AyrSupport is designed to significantly reduce the risk of damage during travel, but no protective system can guarantee against every scenario. If your clubs are damaged in transit, you'll need to file a claim directly with the airline — most require you to report damage before leaving the baggage claim area.
